HAH’s status: Sunset Session mania, the new EP and beyond

Someone dear to my heart recently told me, “I can’t wait for Sunset Sessions to be over so I can have you back.” That should give you an idea of how unusually busy HAH has been these last few weeks, preparing for this huge show. Granted, it’s only 20 minutes and about five songs. But we’re playing for the elite of music aficionados: the programmers responsible for choosing new music for various radio and TV programs, as well as movies. Apparently this Sunset Sessions is a big deal, and we aim to make a good first impression.

Check out the list of who’s playing at:

We’re on the Friday night dinner slot, right after the John Butler Trio closes out the main stage acts, and expect a great turnout of people that are there to enjoy music and hear fresh young voices…such as ourselves.

And we’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: we couldn’t have done it without you, Captain.

So what else is going on with HAH? Well we’ve got this little six song (okay, technically seven) EP coming out within the next week or two. That’s a big deal, too, in it’s own way. Recording/mixed/mastered at the awesome StudioWest, it is a great CD we’re all happy to be putting out.

And selling…at shows like our 12:00 spot at the San Diego IndieFest on Saturday March 27th!! Yeah, we’re really happy to be selected to play there this year!

Stay tuned for post-Sunset Sessions developments! We fully expect great things to be coming down the pipe over the next few months, as we get back to turning out new material and playing some more great shows for you.

Cheerio,
HAH
